Do you need to return an order please register here.

All returns must be registered using the return portal in the link above.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that a fee of 100 SEK will be deducted from your return due to shipping and handling.

All pieces must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept worn clothes. Note: You may lose your purchase amount. This happens if the product is deteriorated, for example, because you have used the item or the product is damaged while you were responsible for it.

When you return, please make sure that the parcel is properly sealed, to protect the clothes.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact customer care. 

We will credit your return within 10 business days.

EXCANGE

If you wish to make an exchange, please return your item and place a new order.
